功能描述：

2.登录成功之后，可以添加暖通空调设备
3.点击链接组态，则可以查看该设备当前的运行状态
4.设备运行状态界面，是由PC 软件制作，下载到设备里面
5.app 链接设备之后，从设备获取显示文件，解析显示
